Methods and timing
Isotecnic Srl delivers its products worldwide, but not in the countries where is present an official Isotta distributor. Shipping costs vary depending on the distance and on the order weight and will be communicated before the acceptance of the original order.
Product availability on the website is on available stock or on ordering. Once the order is placed Isotecnic Srl will communicate the delivery time upon availability of products. Isotecnic Srl does not guarantee the certainty of assignation of ordered goods.
Shipments are made by Express Courier DHL, GLS, or other trusted courier. Ordered goods will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order or at the courier's shipping offices or to Isotecnic Srl headquarters in Castelnuovo del Garda (VR), Italy during all working days.
We emphasize that the goods travel at the risk of purchaser: Isotecnic Srl is not responsible for any delays in delivery or in case of delivery of damaged products for reasons not attributable to the sender.
The courier delivery normally within 1-5 working days, depending on delivery address. To contribute to a correct and fast delivery of parcels we recommend:
- Specify when ordering a shipping address where there is always someone to receive the parcel.
- The name listed in the order must match that on the doorbell.
- Always indicate an available telephone number and your ZIP code.
Any storage costs due to the absence of the recipient and / or an incorrect address and / or a different surname from that indicated on the doorbell causing an obstacle in package delivery are charged to the recipient.
Isotecnic Srl shall not be liable for any errors on addresses (street or house number). If an error occurs in the address indication, the customer will be contacted by telephone at the telephone number he left. If no telephone number has been supplied, the order will be automatically canceled.
The customer is required to verify, upon receivement of goods, if the number of packages delivered corresponds to that shown on the shipping document, if the packaging is intact and if the product delivered complies with the order placed. Customer must report any damage and / or mismatch with the order immediately to the carrier performing the delivery. Once the customer signed the document to the courier, he cannot make any objection about the external characteristics of what delivered.
The shipping costs, to be added to the price of products purchased, is calculated automatically by the system. Collection of products directly at the company will not generate any transport costs. The shipping costs will be indicated at the moment of order confermation, before making the payment, and will be calculated based on weight and destination address of delivery.
Right of cancellation
The right of withdrawal for products purchased through our on-line shop is regulated by the "Consumer Code" (Article n.52 of Legislative Decree. N. 206/2005 as modified by the Legislative Decree 21/2014). The decision to exercise the right of cancellation must be communicated by the customer, without specifying reasons, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 working days from receiving the product ordered to:

The notice of withdrawal must specify the intention to cancel the purchase (no need to give reasons) and the product or products for which the customer wishes to exercise the right of cancellation, attaching a copy of the documents confirming the purchase.
